Do you have free parking?

Yes. Parking is free. We're happy to offer parking to all of our guests. Our parking lot is located on site, just outside our theatre.

Is there a charge for parking?

Parking is free to all of our guests, except for New Year's Eve. In our high season we have an attendant monitoring the parking lot during shows. When patrons purchase tickets they are given a parking pass to display on their windshield. Any vehicles without this parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense.

You waive all Destination Marketing Fees?

No hidden fees here! We don't charge you any of these fees that other businesses like to charge you. We believe that you'd rather treat yourself to a delicious drink, a bag of popcorn, a tiger photo or anything else that makes you feel good.

How many can each booth seat?

Our smaller booths in Levels 1-3 seat up to 5 adults. Our larger booths in Level 1 seat up to 7 adults.

Do you have a group rate?

For groups of 12 or more, we do offer a group rate. Please contact our Group & Corporate Sales Coordinator (Sales@GregFrewinTheatre.com) or by calling 905-356-0777 x240 for more details.

How long is a magic show?

Our shows are 90 minutes long, including a 15 minute intermission. Our Student Educational matinees are 60 minutes followed by a 15 minute Q&A period with Greg Frewin.

How long is a tribute show?

Our tribute shows run approximately 2 hours.

Are the shows family friendly?

Yes! The Imagine Magic Show and the tribute shows are all family friendly and appropriate for guests of all ages, from young children to seniors.

What is the price to add lunch or dinner?

We include a buffet option for some of our shows. Lunch is an additional $21.95 (plus tax and gratuity) and dinner is an additional $24.95 (plus tax and gratuity).

What do I get with a meal?

Our delicious buffet involves starts, mains, and desserts. Each meal includes one soft drink, tea or coffee. Alcohol beverage are not included. Please click here for our full menu.

Do you have shows all year round?

Yes we do! We have over 200 magic shows from January to December. We run approximately 2-4 shows a week during the off season and 5-6 shows per week during the summer season and March Break.

Do you do anything special for birthdays?

We want to make your birthday celebration magical! We can put a special birthday message on the screens in the theatre that will run before the show. If you are joining us for dinner you may also bring in your own cake for your party. Please notify our Box Office staff before arriving for the show.

Is there a package for the magic show and backstage tour?

The VIP Backstage Tour can be added on for an additional $30 per person. To find out what our tour entails, click here!

How do I book a package?

We do offer special family packages, couple packages and more- all with special pricing! Packages can only be booked by calling our Box Office at 1-866-779-8778.

What time does the buffet lunch and dinner start?

Our buffet lunch starts at 12:00 p.m. with the matinee show starting at 1:00 p.m. Our buffet dinner starts at 6:15 p.m. with the evening show starting at 7:30 p.m.

What time does the VIP Backstage Tour start?

The backstage tour starts 15 minutes after the Imagine Magic Show at approximately 9:15 p.m. It runs for approximately 30 minutes. Minimum numbers are required for VIP program. Should the minimum numbers not be achieved by show intermission; theatre reserves the right to cancel VIP program.
